  • What is the Damage Waiver?

    You are responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment during the term of the equipment rental agreement.

    The Damage Waiver provides an easy way to help protect against costly bills for major repairs or replacement of rented equipment.

    The Rental Damage Waiver is not insurance. It is an agreement limits your financial responsibility for loss or damage to rented equipment, in exchange for a fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

  • What is the reimbursable cleaning fee?

    We will make sure that the item goes out clean and in working condition. We ask that it comes back clean as well There will be an upfront charge on your contract that will be reimbursed if the item comes back clean.

    If the item is hosed off and does not require a deep clean when it comes back to us we will consider it clean.

  • What is the reimbursable fuel charge?

    We will make sure that the item goes out full of fuel. We ask that it comes back full of fuel as well. There will be an upfront charge on your contract for the amount of fuel in the tank.

    If you bring it back full of fuel we will reimburse that charge for you. We will ask that your provide a receipt for the gas you put into the machine. This is to make sure customers are not using old, contaminated fuel that damages the equipment.

  • Do you offer delivery?

    We do offer delivery on all of our equipment. Delivery rates are quoted on each reservation depending on the distance to the job site. Please call us at 814-725-3502 if you would like us to quote the delivery charges to your specific address.

  • Are reservations required?

    Reservations are not required but are encouraged. You can reserve directly from the Rental Catalog page or call us to make a reservation over the phone. Walk-ins are also welcome!

  • What is required to rent?

    To book with us we will need a drivers license, address, email address, and phone number.

  • Can I pay online?

    At the moment we are not accepting online payments. This is something we are actively working on. All payments are processed in-person or on the phone.
